Special General Meeting Results - Teresa Petty and Briar Palmer were both elected as the two new trustees.

On 28 September, we held a Special General Meeting at Kawa Marae for two vacant trustee seats on the Trust Board.

Teresa Petty and Briar Palmer were both elected as the two new trustees.

Teresa Petty was elected as the permanent resident of Aotea Island according to clause 31 (c) of the Trust Deed.

The results of the election are:

Briar Palmer - 250 votes

Martin Cleave - 17 votes

Terrence 'Mook' Hohneck - 5 votes.

We'd like to mihi to all the nominees, those who attended, the Kirimana team and others who helped pull the SGM together, and Election Services for the full-running of the SGM.
